I declare that I accept in full these conditions stipulated in www.kmpo.bo, since they will give me the possibility of collecting data and information on rural properties in the Plurinational State of Bolivia and related services related to investments in agricultural or forestry livestock properties, the use of these platforms, recognizing for all the cases that the present contents are property of kmpo.
The realization of any type of operation with Kmpo implies accepting the following terms and conditions:
General conditions of our services and information privacy policy
1.1) Kmpo is an intermediation company in the purchase and sale of rural properties that meets all the requirements required by law, commercial uses and customs in the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
1.2) Kmpo intermedia not only in the sale of rural properties but also in annexed businesses and investments related to the agricultural sector. Its objective is to bring the parties together and achieve the conclusion of the business. In turn, it provides the service if the client requests it to administer the Goods acquired in Bolivian territory.
1.3) kmpo is composed of university professionals and salesmen with experience in the sale of rural properties.
1.4 Kmpo also has a third-party service for professionals in the areas of agrarian law, accounting and filing procedures. In this case the fee for these professionals will be borne by the interested party and it is made clear that this service is not with employees of kmpo, being the same in all cases outsourced.
1.5) All outsourced professionals that kmpo can recommend in all cases are purely and exclusively a recommendation, with the sole purpose of helping the client who does not have them and so request it before which Kmpo will never be responsible for the behavior or act of them.
1.6) In the case of being consulted about the sale price of a rural property, kmpo provides the advisory service in the price to be set according to the statistical values ​​that arise from the market and the experience in the field.

Real estate selling
2.1) FEES – COMMISSION for the case of sale of a rural property are established at 3% of the sale price charged to each of the parties. In case the fees are higher by decision of the parties, it will be stipulated in a notarized contract in Notaria de Fe Publica.
2.2) The interested party in carrying out a purchase-sale transaction informs Kmpo of their interest so that we can mediate in the operation. Creating in this way a consensual relationship that can even be with characters of exclusivity.
2.3) In the event that the buyer makes a punctual offer regarding the purchase of a rural property, Kmpo will prepare a purchase offer that can be transmitted verbally, not having this formal nature or reservation of real estate, but simply It is an offer raised by the interested party in the purchase. The owner will decide who to sell based on the offers that Kmpo receives.
2.4) The sale must be made in a public deed that is extended in the Plurinational State of Bolivia through the notary of public faith. This will be chosen by the buyer and may be his knowledge or member of the team of outsourced advisers of Kmpo in all case the writing fee will be charged to the buyer.
2.5) Kmpo is not responsible for defects or vices of nullity that are found in the process of reorganization of rural property. The sale is governed by the articles to the civil code of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. In general terms the seller responds to the hidden defects of the property according to art. inc. of the Bolivian civil code and the buyer takes care of those defects that are in sight.
2.6) All the information contained in this website is merely to facilitate the purchase / sale of rural properties that are exhibited here which does not entail guarantees of any kind being the same expressly excluded. All the prices and financing that in this site are shown are subject to modifications without prior notice. For which we already apologize due to the constant variations that occur in the market and we request to confirm the updated information before making use of it for which you can coordinate personal meetings with our commercial advisors.
3.1) FEES – COMMISSION for the case of administration of a rural property will be established by common agreement with the buyer, through a contract of services made in a notary of public faith. Being the responsibility of the contractor the taxes of law that are established in the Tax Code of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.

4.1) Intellectual Property

Kmpo is a registered trademark before the SENAPI (National Intellectual Registry Service) of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. All the formats and contents, the website, as well as the programs and databases, are property of Kmpo and are protected by the laws and international treaties of copyright, trademarks, patents, models and industrial designs. The improper use and total or partial reproduction of said contents are prohibited, unless written authorization of Kmpo.
5.1) Disclaimer

The client or user exonerates Kmpo from liability for any damage, loss or damage to the user caused by failures in the system, on the server or on the Internet. Kmpo will not be responsible for any virus or hack that could infect the user´s equipment as a result of access, use or examination of its website or as a result of any transfer of data, texts, images, files, or audio contained therein. The users will NOT be able to impute any responsibility to him or demand payment for loss of profit, in virtue of damages resulting from technical difficulties or failures in the systems or in Internet. 5.2) Prevalence

In case of any difference of interpretation in the information contained in this site of the products displayed here or the terms, conditions and regulations of Kmpo always and for all cases the interpretation of Kmpo will prevail for all cases.

5.3) Modification

Kmpo may modify the terms and conditions at any time by making the current terms and conditions public on this website. Any modification to the terms and conditions will begin to apply to the 7 (seven) consecutive days of its publication on this site.
