It is located on a transcontinental road to San José de Chiquitos. 200 km from Santa Cruz next to Musuruqui station. It has 4.2 kmts on the asphalt and to the south it borders Colonia Menonita Nueva Italia.

It has 400 has disassembled, leveled, chafreadas (manual cleaning of sticks) for agriculture. Also has 1100 hectares dismantled for livestock. It has a well 130 meters deep, 2 lagoons for livestock. 

It has income by neighborhood road maintained by the Mennonite colony which ensures the entry and exit of trucks throughout the year.

It is a field of heavy soils, rich in phosphorus, which allows agricultural activities such as livestock. It is located in an area where the precipitations oscillate the 1100 millimeters concentrated between the months of October and May.

Part of the field overflows with the Rio Parapeti in the dry season. This allows with investments that we have already studied, to manage the water and to be able to irrigate crops in winter, in the middle of the dry season.

This investment allows obtaining yields in wheat and taking advantage of the good prices paid in Bolivia. This is because in the country there is a deficit in the production of this cereal estimated at 60 percent in relation to consumption.

This same reasoning is applied to livestock, it allows to have green fodder, to accumulate food in the dry season, to buy light cattle at a time when producers are often forced to sell animals due to lack of grass.
