Agustín Zambrana and Luis Tirado main partners of the firm ZTM y Asociados, for the creation and constitution of legal entities and limited liability companies.

The law firm of Dr. Diez Canseco provides to our client all the information regarding sanitation process previously done on the property of interest. The documentation is reviewed and the errors that may exist in it are detected and corrected. The law firm carries out the necessary procedures at INRA (Agrarian Reform Institute), and all other public institutions involved, in order to ensure the legitimate proprietary right of our clients.

After the legal report is done, we are now able to define the investment to be made. Legal security is a sensitive area for us because our business strength is the trust we create with our customers. Bolivia, and Santa Cruz de la Sierra in particular, has advanced notably in recent years in the rural cadaster. Santa Cruz currently has 95 percent in the land titling of rural properties. In the department of Beni, the process is further delayed, mainly associated with change in the use of the land matrix, due to the fact that the Bolivian government decided to expand the agricultural frontier and to enable some areas where formerly livestock and agricultural activities could not be carried out.

Despite the progress achieved in land titling, errors still might be encountered, and in these cases, we reduce them to zero. It is essential for us to provide all the guarantees to our customers and make sure that the operation does not present any inconvenience of any kind.

After the purchase of the field is defined, we also work with ZTM law firm (Zambrana y Tirado Abogados) that specializes in the constitution and monitoring of Public Limited Companies and Limited Liability Companies. ZTM carries out the necessary procedures with Fundaempresa, Notaries of Public Faith, Governance and with the Bolivian Central Bank, in order to constitute the companies while complying with all the legal regulations required by Bolivia. After these steps are completed, the bank accounts are opened at the bank of our customers request, thus ending the process of corporate constitution.

We also count with the support of Paola Yabeta, who helps us with the filing procedures in case of deciding to buy the property on behalf of a foreign person.

The accounting advice is provided by Martha Soruco from Soruco and Soruco Associates accounting firm. Martha´s job is to handle all the formalities before Internal Taxes, Trade Registry and Fundaempresa, as well as the preparation and presentation of the financial statements before the relevant entities, that our client requests or needs.
